Sigh!...

Seems that all values...including Traditional American Values...have disappeared and been wiped from everything in America today. And true heroes as well.

Back in 2020 a coworker Ruben and I discussed this and I asked the question, "What does it mean to be an American nowadays?" and asked him to think about it over the weekend. On Monday we met...And he said, "I don't know!"...

Because there are no values or real heroes in America anymore...

And thus the country spirals downwards towards...

Here's what I wrote in 2019 about the Missing Values problem:

What’s Wrong with our Values Today

8/6/2019

 1.       We don’t really have any.

2.       We accept things that are really harmful.

3.       We reject balance…And accept over balance.

4.       We try to be something that is not socially wrong…And by doing so become socially wrong.

5.       We get our values not from ourselves but wrongfully borrowed from others.

6.       We get our values from Politics (which has no values)…Media (which only have agenda values)…or Religion (which have very limited, rigidified, and siloed values).

7.       We accept the wrong idea that values don’t really exist.

8.       We accept the wrong idea that values are not absolute but are instead only relative.

9.       We accept the wrong idea that humans are only more evolved animals…And animals don’t have values.

10.   We don’t find constructive values deep within us.

11.   We accept harmful and dangerous social, religious, and cultural values.

12.   We don’t question values when we should.

a.       “Don’t judge me!”

The rather sums it up...But I will write more about this when I have time...

Oh! And I will Teach about Real Values... 😄
